We operate exclusively as an online e-commerce store. We do not have a physical retail location, shop, or pickup point in Kenya. All orders are shipped directly to customers.

Orders and Payment

  • All orders must be fully prepaid before processing and shipment.
  • We accept M-PESA, Airtel Money, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
  • Once payment is confirmed, your order will be processed and shipped using our international logistics partners.
  • Order confirmation and payment receipts will be sent to the email address or phone number provided at checkout.

Pricing and Currency

  • All prices are displayed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice, but any changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid for.

Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders are shipped internationally using trusted logistics partners.
  • Every order includes a tracking number, which will be provided within 1 to 3 business days after shipment.
  • Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, international shipping routes, or local courier schedules.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our control.

Returns and Refunds

  • Customers must report any issues with their order within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • After 7 days, items are no longer eligible for return or refund.

Customer Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information at checkout.
  • You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by Kenyan authorities upon delivery.

  • We are not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party logistics providers, customs authorities, or events beyond our reasonable control.
